(AB and BC Only) Collecting Patient Consent

As per the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), all pharmacies require an explicit consent from the patient in order to collect, use, and share their personal information with their physician and/or for pharmacy-related services, such as clinic days.

  1. Select the Patient tab.
  2. Select the CONSENT button. The 'Consent' window appears.

  1. In the 'Consent' window, select the relevant radio buttons.

Note: All fields are mandatory! Ensure you make a selection for all statements.

  1. Select the OK button.
